The event's registration price is per delegate including a bilateral table per company. Full payment should be received to secure bookings prior to the event’s date. All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received 6 weeks prior to each event will be given a full refund. All cancellations after that date will be subject to the loss of the full fee. Named substitutes are welcome at any time and must be made in writing. The fee for the event includes your attendance at the event, coffee breaks, lunch and full documentation. Please note that the fee does not include your travel or hotel expenses. When you register and upon receipt of your payment, you can attend the event and will receive a letter of confirmation, details of the event, table position and contact information plus a map of the location.
