Event Registration Terms & Conditions:
The event's registration price is per delegate including a bilateral table per company. Full payment should be received to secure bookings prior to the event’s date. All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received 6 weeks prior to each event will be given a full refund. All cancellations after that date will be subject to the loss of the full fee. Named substitutes are welcome at any time and must be made in writing. The fee for the event includes your attendance at the event, coffee breaks, lunch and full documentation. Please note that the fee does not include your travel or hotel expenses. When you register and upon receipt of your payment, you can attend the event and will receive a letter of confirmation, details of the event, contact information plus a map of the location. This event is designed exclusively for the Carrier Community Limited accredited members. Carrier Community Limited reserves the right to decline registrations from executives who do not meet the profile. Whilst every effort will be made to keep to the program shown, Carrier Community Limited reserves the right to make any changes necessitated by circumstances beyond its control. Carrier Community Limited also reserves the right to publish the company name on the website in the member overview section or on event’s attendance lists.

We are committed to protect your privacy and will only use the information we collect about you in accordance with the reasons stated when we collect the information. The information supplied by you will be held on the database by Carrier Community and used to notify you of future events and services.
