Chris van Zinnicq Bergmann
Head of Carrier Sales in Europe at Global Cloud Xchange
Chris van Zinnicq Bergmann has over twenty years of experience in the global telecommunications sector. He started his telecommunications career in Amsterdam where he held corporate as well as sales related positions at BT, Unisource (a joint venture between KPN, Telia and Swisscom) and AT&T-Unisource.
In 1999, Chris left Europe to move to Los Angeles, where he became a member of the team that started the operations of Asia Global Crossing, which later evolved into Pacnet, a subsea cable operator in the Asia Pacific region which in 2014 has been acquired by Telstra. In 2002, Chris relocated to Singapore from where he headed the company’s market expansion activities in Southeast Asia and India and from 2005 to 2008 was the regional head for Southeast Asia and India, responsible for the company’s wholesale and enterprise business in this region. At the end of 2008, Chris moved back to Amsterdam to take up the role of regional head for Europe and North America (until the end of 2010) and subsequently for Europe, the Middle East and India.
In 2014, Chris joined Global Cloud Xchange and is currently based in Amsterdam as the head of Carrier Sales in Europe.

Over the last 20 years, Erik developed extensive expertise and deep domain knowledge working at major telecom companies. His international career includes senior & executive level positions.
Over the years, Erik has been a regular speaker & moderator at major international telecom conferences.

Isabelle is President and Founder of HOT TELECOM, one of the most innovative and creative telecom research and consulting companies in the industry. HOT TELECOM has been supporting operators, regulators and investors on a global basis for over 14 years, more particularly on the subjects of International and wholesale.
More recently, Isabelle has been working with many of the world's global wholesalers and service providers to help them define their transformation strategy. She has published a number of articles and reports on the subject and has spoken at numerous conferences to share her views on the future of the wholesale business.
Isabelle holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering, an MBA in Finance and has over 20 years working globally.

Chief Innovation Officer at DE-CIX International AG
Thomas King received an M.Sc. degree (Diplom) in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, Germany in 2004, and a Ph.D. degree at the chair of Computer Networks from the University of Mannheim in 2008. Thomas was Head of the Research & Development department at DE-CIX until the end of 2015. Since 2016, Thomas King has been promoted to the newly-created position of CIO of DE-CIX.
