Carrier Community has organised its members’ annual LATAM 2016 GCCM – Rio de Janeiro taking place at the Windsor Atlantica Hotel on the 29th & 30th September 2016 successfully. At the LATAM 2016 GCCM – Rio de Janeiro event our Member Carriers had the opportunity to meet 220+ telecom club’s members from 110 operators in 16 countries representing decision-makers from the Tier-1, Tier-2 and Tier-3 . The Carrier Members meet together from Voice, Data, SMS, Mobile, VAS, ISP, IX, Cable, Satellite, Data centers, Enterprise, Content Providers and other related segments. During the GCCM our Members get access to the right contacts to establish new business relationship as well as to further grow existing partnerships.

Helio has a Bachelor degree at Digital Technologies, a specialization at System Analysis and an MBA in Telecom Management at FGV. Jason Patron has over 18 years of experience working in the Americas in various aspects of telecommunications such as infrastructure service providers (Alcatel, Lucent and Norte!) and service providers in Centennial Dominicana (Dominican Republic) and Oi (Brazil). He is currently the Regional Sales Manager for GlobeNet Brazil, a sub-sea network operator, helping the company establish itself as the market leader in the offering of international telecommunication services to domestic and international telecom carriers and ISPs. A graduate of the Harvard Business School — Program for Leadership Development and Master in Sales and Marketing from ESADE Business School (Barcelona, Spain) and SDA Bocconi (Milan, Italy). With more than 15 years working for TIM Brasil, he has entered the company since the startup of the GSM operations, back in 2001. Currently as the head of the Corporate Market, he is responsible for the profitability of the business clients managing the end-to-end customer life cycle, since the communication and aquistion strategy, product and offering development, as well as the customer relationship activities, from the smallest until largest enterprises. Graduated in Industrial Engineeting at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Rafael has an Executive MBA at COPPEAD/UFR.
